When making any reservation, you agree to Charwood Golf Club’s cancellation & No Show policies outlined below for golf reservations.

Charwood’s tee time cancellation policy requires any player(s) to cancel with the ProShop staff no later than 24 hours before your tee time. Failure to cancel a tee time or checking in with fewer players than originally reserved will result in a 50% charge of the booked rate for the number of missing players being charged to the card on file. 

Charwood requires valid credit card information when booking online or by phone. If this is not provided the tee time will not be reserved. There will be no charge applied to your card at this point in the booking process.
